That insight — simple, uncomfortable and completely true — is what Gotag was built on. Our founder watched talented people walk out of companies not because of salary or title, but because they felt disconnected, undervalued and unknown to the people they worked alongside every day.

The answer was not a new HR policy or a town hall. It was shared experience.

Gotag was founded to give companies a practical way to invest in those experiences — corporate offsites that actually bring teams together, team outings that people genuinely look forward to, and engagement programs that make work feel like something worth showing up for.
