Refund Policy

At Gotag, we strive to deliver the best employee engagement and team-building experiences. We value your trust and want to ensure transparency in how we handle payments and refunds.

 
1. Event & Experience Bookings
Once an event or experience is booked and confirmed, cancellations within 7 days of the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
For cancellations made 8–15 days prior, you may receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule.
Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance are eligible for a full refund (minus applicable transaction charges).
 
2. Subscription / Service Packages
If you purchase a subscription or long-term service package, you may request a cancellation within 7 days of purchase, provided services have not been utilized.
Once services have been availed, no partial refunds will be issued.
 
3. Force Majeure
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), Gotag will offer:

Full credit note (usable within 12 months) OR
Rescheduled event at no extra cost, subject to venue availability.
 
4. Non-Refundable Items
Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or taxes are non-refundable.
Any third-party costs already incurred (venue bookings, travel arrangements, etc.) may be deducted from the refund.
 
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
